Terry Barone, as the owner and broker of Prime Source Commercial, started his real estate career in 1977 in Northern California and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1979. Over the years Terry has been involved in due diligence analysis, real estate investing, commercial leasing, Tenant Representation, Distress Property Acquisition, Property management, new home development, apartment conversions, shopping center and office construction, commercial and residential financing, land entitlements, project position analysis, acquisitions and sales.

Terry has extensive experience in contract negotiations and has worked with many domestic and international clients and investors over the years. Terry served on the senior advisory board for "American Career Institute", on the executive committee of the non-profit charity "Problem Gambling Center", Board of Directors of "The Boys and Girls Club" and is past co-chairman of the "Southern Nevada International Business Council".

Having served in senior management positions and advisory boards most of his adult life. Terry is recognized as a creative, organized team leader. Terry is responsible for property site locating, Investment analysis, leasing, property acquisitions, property management, sales and contract negotiations. Today, Terry is working closely with his investor teams interested in prime real estate. Terry is in charge of selecting and analyzing potential real estate opportunities for interested investors while working with companies and tenants expanding into the Las Vegas market.

Prime Source supports and works with investors and investment teams interested in acquiring real estate in Southern Nevada. These individuals are investors and entrepreneurs that see opportunity as Las Vegas struggles to regain its position as one of the premier locations in the world. Mr. Bash’s interest in real estate began early and for the next 40 years as a real estate developer and builder, he has been responsible for rezoning, building and developing several shopping centers, office buildings and nearly 6,000 apartments units, retail and condos throughout New York State and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Michael Bash has seen the tremendous opportunity investing in Las Vegas real estate can create and today owns or controls a significant investment portfolio. Mike Federighi has been a successful real estate investor and entrepreneur for more than 30 years with several real estate investments thru out the United States. As a successful past developer and general contractor, Mike invested in and completed projects to include condos, neighborhood commercial strip centers, residential, office, restaurants and industrial tilt-up.

Mike was for a number of years, involved in the finance of large commercial properties across the United States. He was recognized as a leading expert in his field. His expertise and success in commercial lending led to him being invited to lecture as a nationwide seminar director for "Crittenden Publishing" speaking to thousands of commercial mortgage brokers across the United States.

Mike Federighi's knowledge of construction, financing and equity requirements are critical to enhancing the bottom line of any investment. Mike has developed an alliance network of key investment partners that enhance and support Prime Source in delivering quality services to our partners in a variety of supportive areas. Mike has developed key industry contacts and associations that are beneficial to investors and partners alike. Today, Mike works closely as part of the Prime Source Investor Team with other select investors interested in making investments in the Las Vegas area.
